Durban artist makes unique paintings of Hindu deities

An Indian-origin artist’s vision of a calm Goddess Durga dressed in pink slaying the demon Mahishasur without malice or anger, is evoking admiration and curiosity in Mumbai.  Vishal Mothilall, a 34-year-old painter from Durban, South Africa, has arrived in the city with his unique perspective of Hindu 

gods and goddesses.
